REALDEAL offers interactive team building and leadership training programs that are responsive to the diverse social and cultural needs of the people we serve. Through our group development and skill building sessions, we invite participants to become a part of a cooperative community that values diversity, celebrates interconnection and supports transformational learning.

REALDEAL works with a wide range of organizations, including corporate groups, non-profits, universities and colleges, international educators and students, community associations, recreation centres and government agencies.
