About Us

Neil Dolan and Kim (Kxx) Citton own and operate REALDEAL Training & Consulting, based on beautiful Vancouver Island in the Salish Sea (West Coast of Canada). They bring 16 years of combined experience in community development, leadership training and adventure programming. Certified outdoor instructors, Neil and Kxx bring their passion for adventure into their leadership training workshops.

Born and raised in Nanaimo, Neil believes strongly in giving back to his community. He sits on the Curriculum Development Committee for the Leadership Nanaimo Project and volunteers as a leadership coach. Neil is also a graduate of the Malaspina Culinary Arts Program. He loves to dazzle his clients with gourmet back-country feasts.

Kxx is a certified yoga instructor and co-founder of Inclusive Leadership Adventures, a highly successful intergenerational leadership program sponsored by the Cowichan Intercultural Society. She also sits on the board for Nanaimo Foodshare, an non-profit organization dedicated to helping people develop the skills they need to increase food security, build community and be self-sufficient.
